We are seeking an experienced associate with 4–6 years of employment law experience to join a leading global law firm's Employment Practice Group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters alongside experienced partners, advising clients on complex M&A transactions and day-to-day workplace issues.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling M&A employment diligence, day-to-day counseling, employment-related agreements, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. You will play a key role in supporting clients on a wide range of employment matters that keep their businesses running.

4–6 years of employment law experience
Substantive experience drafting employment-related contracts, agreements, and policies
Experience with day-to-day counseling, M&A employment diligence, and pre-litigation dispute resolution
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials
Barred, or eligible to be barred, in New York
