We're seeking an employment litigation associate to join a national employer-side labor & employment team in Birmingham. The role focuses on defending employers in litigation and administrative proceedings, advising and training clients on workplace policies, and handling matters through mediation, arbitration and trial.

The position offers hands-on litigation experience across discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract and non-compete matters, including class/collective actions. The team works collaboratively to provide practical, business‑oriented counsel to employer clients.

JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
4+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor background strongly preferred
Admission to the Alabama bar or ability to obtain admission
Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures and employment-related litigation
Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and project management skills
