The role focuses on representing employers in litigation and administrative matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract and employment-tort claims.
Day-to-day work includes courtroom and agency advocacy, arbitrations and mediations, advising on compliance and risk management, and handling investigations and dispute-resolution programs. The team manages matters across state and federal forums and supports employers with practical, business-oriented solutions.
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 5 years of employment litigation experience representing employers
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar or ability to obtain admission
- Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures and employment law compliance
- Excellent written and oral advocacy, organizational and project-management skills
