The group defends employers in a full range of employment disputes and agency matters, and provides counseling on compliance and risk-management strategies.
The role focuses on litigation and dispute resolution: defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract and tort claims; handling administrative charges and investigations; and representing clients at court, mediation and arbitration. The position offers exposure to high-volume, employer-side matters across industries.
- JD from an accredited law school; strong academic record.
- 5+ years of litigation experience with a background in employment/labor law preferred.
- Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
- Experience with state and federal administrative agency procedures; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize workload and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
