Mid-level employment litigation role on a national Employment & Trade Secret team, based in Seattle. The group represents management in employment disputes and counsels fast-growing technology and other companies on day-to-day employment matters.

Typical matters include litigating employment claims, trade secret and covenant-not-to-compete disputes, conducting internal investigations, advising on terminations, leaves, reductions in force, and drafting employment policies. The role will also involve employment-related work in transactions.

This position requires regular in-person attendance in the Seattle office.

2–3 years of litigation experience in management-side employment law or related matters
Experience with employment litigation, trade secret/covenant disputes, and day-to-day employment counseling
Washington Bar membership preferred
Strong academic record and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
