Employment Litigation Of Counsel — Riverside, CA

Senior employment-litigation counsel role on a national employer-side labor & employment team, based in Riverside. The position focuses on defending a broad range of employment claims in court, arbitration and before administrative agencies, and on counseling and training employer clients on workplace compliance.

The attorney will handle and manage litigation in a first-chair capacity, including individual and class/collective matters, wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims, and related employment tort and contract issues. Class action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is eligible for annual bonuses.

• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• 9+ years of employment litigation experience with significant first-chair trial/management experience
• Active membership in the California Bar in good standing
• Experience supervising associates and paralegals and managing litigation teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal administrative procedures, excellent written and oral advocacy, and solid project/time-management skills
