We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team in London. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest employment practices in the UK, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters nationwide and internationally.

The practice offers a full service across advisory work, employment litigation and corporate transaction support, working closely with incentives, business immigration, pensions and health & safety specialists. The team is well known for complex matters including restructuring, restrictive covenants, reputational risk management and data privacy, and operates across sectors such as financial services, telecoms, technology, recruitment, retail and media & advertising.

With access to employment lawyers across numerous international locations, the team manages cross-border projects and offers an international secondment programme. Demonstrated experience across a range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious
Experience of employment tribunals, TUPE, industrial relations and/or transactional employment support advantageous
Strong technical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-border work
Interest in working collaboratively within a large, multi-office and international team
