Apply in confidence →Join a busy Employment & Trade Secret Litigation group in New York handling management-side employment disputes, trade secret and employee-mobility matters, internal investigations, and employment issues arising in corporate transactions. The team works across a broad range of clients from startups to large corporations in technology, life sciences, energy, and related sectors.
The role is litigation- and counseling-focused: you will work on contested matters, provide day-to-day client advice (terminations, leaves, reductions in force, policy drafting), and handle trade-secret, non-compete, and solicitation disputes. You will also advise on employment aspects of M&A and other transactions.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar, be resident and physically present in the New York office, and bring approximately 2 years of management-side employment litigation and counseling experience. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
- About 2 years' post-qualification experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling
- Experience with employment litigation (including trade-secret and employee mobility disputes) and day-to-day employment advice (terminations, leaves, RIFs, policies)
- Exposure to employment issues in M&A and corporate transactions
- Admission to the New York Bar and resident/physically present in New York office
- Excellent academic record and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
