Equity Capital Markets Associate – Capital Markets, London

Leading international capital markets team in London is hiring a junior to mid-level Equity Capital Markets Associate. The role focuses on English-law ECM transactions including IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings, with regular exposure to UK public M&A and board/governance matters.

The successful candidate will work on cross-border deals, advising corporate and financial institution clients on regulatory and listing issues, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and supporting transactions from execution to closing. The team is market-recognised for its capital markets practice and offers structured mentoring, formal training and hybrid working arrangements.

• 2-3 years' English post-qualification experience in the London market (candidates with adjacent levels of relevant experience will be considered).
• Solid experience on English-law ECM transactions (IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings).
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills; strong commercial judgment and initiative.
• Proven academic record and a commitment to high-quality client service.
