Equity Partner — Energy & Infrastructure M&A, Toronto

The successful candidate will advise on cross-border and domestic energy and infrastructure matters, lead deal teams, and develop strategic client relationships. • Established senior partner with a demonstrable track record in energy, infrastructure and M&A transactions.
• Approximately 15–20 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent senior transactional experience.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business expected (flexibility for strategic hires).
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing deal teams on complex cross-border matters.
