Leading international law firm seeks an equity partner to lead and expand its life sciences corporate offering in the London office. The role focuses on transactional work for life sciences clients, including M&A, financings and growth‑stage investments, working closely with cross‑border teams.

The team has a strong life sciences platform and is looking for a partner with an established, portable life sciences practice who can bring client relationships and help drive business development in the sector. The hire will have broad exposure to start‑ups, biotech and other life‑sciences companies and will advise on acquisition and capital markets matters.

Proven equity partner track record in corporate transactions for life sciences clients
Established, portable book of business focused on life sciences (preferably with start‑up/biotech clients)
Experience across M&A, venture/ growth financings and related corporate work
Strong UK market relationships and experience working on cross‑border transactions
Qualified to practise in the UK (or equivalent) with senior level client management skills
