Join a national transactional practice as an Associate focused on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role sits on a team that advises on compensation and equity matters arising in mergers and acquisitions, financings and other business transactions.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior counsel on drafting, deal execution and client counseling across compensation plan design, equity awards, change-in-control arrangements and related benefit issues. The group offers a collaborative team environment and a national transactional platform.

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered; the current hiring range for this opening is $235,000 to $390,000.

2–6 years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
Experience supporting M&A and other transactional matters, including drafting disclosure, agreements and plan documents.
Strong drafting, transactional execution and client-communication skills.
Juris Doctor and active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
