Apply in confidence →We are seeking an Executive Compensation associate to join a busy Employment & Labor team in Boston. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in connection with mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
The successful candidate will work closely with corporate and transactional teams to advise on change-in-control arrangements, design and document incentive and equity plans, and assist with due diligence and integration matters. The group advises sophisticated corporate clients across industries.

- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits (ERISA/Federal tax experience a plus)
- Experience advising on executive compensation issues in M&A and other corporate transactions
- Strong drafting skills — plan documents, equity award agreements, executive employment and severance agreements
- Excellent communication and project-management skills; ability to work collaboratively with deal teams
- Juris Doctor and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
