Apply in confidence →We are seeking an Executive Compensation associate to join a leading New York practice focused on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role involves advising on compensation arrangements and benefit plan issues in connection with mergers and other corporate transactions.
The team works on high‑value, complex deals and provides counsel on design, restructuring, tax and regulatory aspects of executive pay. The hire will collaborate closely with corporate and tax colleagues and receive strong transactional exposure.
- Juris Doctor and active bar admission in New York (or ability to become admitted)
- 2–6 years' post‑qualification experience focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A and other business transactions from an exec‑comp/benefits perspective
- Strong drafting, technical skills and ability to work collaboratively on complex matters
