The role offers substantive work on tax, ERISA and executive compensation matters for corporate and nonprofit clients across sectors.
Positions are available in the firm's Washington, D.C., Boston, or New York offices. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues on plan design, deferred compensation, equity incentives, tax-qualified plans, and related regulatory compliance.
- J.D. and admission to practice in the United States
- 3–6 years of post-JD experience focusing on executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA
- Solid technical knowledge of tax-qualified plans, nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation
- Strong drafting, project management and client-counseling skills
