Leading international law firm tax team is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of post-JD experience to join its Executive Compensation & Benefits group. The role is open to candidates for the Washington, D.C., Boston, or New York offices.

The team advises on executive compensation, equity/incentive arrangements, and employee benefits from a tax and regulatory perspective. The position offers substantive client work, collaboration with transactional and employment colleagues, and opportunities for professional development within a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

  • 3–6 years post-JD experience, with substantive exposure to executive compensation, equity/incentive plan work, or employee benefits in a tax context
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills; experience preparing tax analyses, plan documents, and client memoranda
  • Comfort working with cross-practice deal teams and advising corporate clients
  • Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility); excellent communication and teamwork skills
