Experienced finance associate role in a national finance practice, based in Palo Alto. The team advises on a range of sophisticated debt financings and is seeking mid‑to‑senior associates with lender‑ or sponsor‑side experience.

Work will focus on leveraged and acquisition financings, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance matters. The role requires strong transactional experience, drafting and negotiating financing documentation, and collaborating with deal teams across offices.

Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with finance/lending experience (sponsor and/or lender side)
Experience representing lenders (investment/commercial banks, BDCs or similar) and/or borrowers, including private equity sponsors
Proven experience on acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations or other corporate finance transactions
Strong drafting, negotiating and deal‑management skills; able to work effectively on cross‑office teams
