Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5–8 years PQE
Experience in banking/finance matters (real estate finance, leveraged finance or corporate lending), gained at a national or City firm
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills; commercially minded and solutions‑focused
Excellent client‑facing, communication and organisational skills; willingness to contribute to business development
