A leading international law firm's US Finance practice is seeking a mid-level associate to support its Fund Finance and/or leveraged finance practices in the Charlotte office.

The role involves secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings. The team is particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit.

2–6 years of relevant finance experience (JD 2020–2024)
Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, and bridge loans
Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit preferred
Experience with complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings
Strong law school academic credentials
Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience
