Our U.S. Finance practice is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (4–8 years) to support our structured finance and securitization practice. You will work across a wide range of structured finance transactions, with a focus on asset-backed securities, warehouse facilities, and related securitizations.

The role offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative, multi-office team. We are open to candidates based in various U.S. offices, including Charlotte, Chicago, and New York, and welcome exceptional candidates in other locations. Relevant experience is more important than specific class year.

Our team represents banks, funds, and other financial institutions in sophisticated, often cross-border, structured finance matters—including trade receivables, supply-chain finance, and balance-sheet and ABCP-funded transactions. Experience with off-balance-sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, and trade credit insurance is valued.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm, including work on asset-backed securities and/or warehouse financings. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is a plus.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a market-leading salary and eligibility for our annual bonus program. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan, backup childcare and eldercare, and opportunities for professional growth.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

  • 4–8 years of experience in structured finance and securitization, with solid experience in asset-backed securities transactions and warehouse financings
  • Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
  • Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm, ideally with exposure to cross-border matters and off-balance-sheet structuring
  • Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with clients in a fast-paced environment
