Mid-level associate position within a busy US structured finance group, supporting fund finance, leveraged finance and related secured and unsecured lending matters. The role focuses on fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged and bridge financings, and complex syndicated and bilateral transactions, including cross-border elements.

The team handles securitization, warehouse financing and asset-backed transactions; candidates will work collaboratively across multiple US offices. This is a U.S.-based role with flexibility on office location within the firm’s national network.

4–8 years post-qualification transactional experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, securitization or related structured finance matters
Demonstrated experience with asset-backed securities, warehouse financings, SPV financing facilities and syndicated or bilateral lending
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience on complex financings
Bar admission in the US jurisdiction where the candidate will be based (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
