Seeking a 2–4 year associate to join a busy fund formation practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on representing private fund sponsors and investors across fund formation matters, sponsor-level structuring and management company work, and secondary transactions involving limited partner and portfolio company interests.

Ideal candidates will have private investment fund experience from a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials. The team offers broad transactional exposure and collaborative mentorship.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in private investment fund formation
Proven experience representing sponsors and/or investors on fund formation and sponsor-level matters
Experience with secondary transactions (LP interests and/or portfolio company interests)
Background in the corporate practice of a national or international law firm and strong academic record
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction
