Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an attorney with two to seven years of private investment fund formation experience to join its corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds, with hands-on experience in fund formation transactions, sponsor-level matters (including general partner and management company entities), and secondary transactions involving limited partner or portfolio company interests.

2–7 years of private investment fund formation experience, ideally from the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
