Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm’s Investment Funds team in Luxembourg as a junior associate. You will work on fund formation and investment management matters for institutional and private clients, supporting deal execution, documentation and client-facing instructions.
The role involves drafting and reviewing fund and fund-structure documentation, conducting legal research and due diligence, and managing information flow across teams. You will collaborate with a multicultural group and receive structured training and career development.
- European-qualified or soon-to-be-qualified lawyer (0–1 year PQE) with experience or strong interest in funds work
- Native German speaker; fluent written and spoken English and French
- Experience or exposure to fund formation and investment management documentation; strong drafting and research skills
- Good organisational skills, commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure in a team environment
