The successful candidate will bring deep experience in renewable project finance, tax credit monetization, and energy transition transactions, and will take a leading role on sophisticated, high-value financings. Extensive experience advising on complex structured financial transactions for energy project developers, investors, and lenders
Strong renewable project finance background, including tax credit monetization and energy transition transactions
Proven track record of leading sophisticated transactions at a top-tier law firm or in-house
Deep industry knowledge in natural resources and infrastructure
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated business acumen and client development experience
Ability to mentor junior lawyers
