Insolvency Partner — Compliance & Regulatory — Paris

Senior partner-level role for an experienced insolvency and restructuring specialist to join a major international practice in Paris. The role combines high-end insolvency work with compliance and regulatory matters across cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a Paris-based team, advise corporate and creditor clients, and work closely with wider international offices on complex restructurings. This is a front-facing commercial role with responsibility for business development and practice strategy.

• Established partner track record in insolvency, restructuring and related regulatory work.
• Portable client relationships / an existing book of business is required.
• Proven ability to win and manage complex, cross-border mandates and to grow a practice in Paris.
• Admitted or eligible to practise in France; fluent French and strong English commercial legal drafting and client skills.
