The role focuses on third-party coverage work, including analyzing and drafting coverage opinions and representing clients in coverage litigation. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with clients and carriers and manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work product.

3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law
Strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota
