We are seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney to join a nationally recognized IP Litigation team in New York. This is an opportunity to take on complex, high-stakes work within a dynamic and collaborative practice.

The role focuses on life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation. The successful candidate will represent innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes in district court and before the PTAB.

Responsibilities include contributing to strategy development, managing litigation matters, and advising clients on IP issues affecting their products and portfolios.

Junior to mid-level experience in intellectual property litigation
Background in life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and/or Biologics (BPCIA) litigation
Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in district court and before the PTAB
Strong litigation management, strategy, and client counseling skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented
