Intellectual Property Associate — Technology, Palo Alto

Seeking an associate to join a national technology-focused intellectual property team in the Palo Alto office. The role involves supporting IP matters for technology clients across counseling, prosecution and transactional work and collaborating with colleagues across offices.

The team handles a mix of complex, high‑profile technology matters and routine IP work; the position offers exposure to cross‑disciplinary projects with other practice groups and to clients operating in cutting‑edge technology sectors.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction (California preferred)
• Demonstrable experience in technology‑related intellectual property matters (prosecution, portfolio counseling, or transactional IP work)
• Strong drafting, research and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively on multi‑office matters
