Intellectual Property Associate — Technology, Palo Alto

Join a national intellectual property practice as an associate focused on technology matters. The role offers work on patent prosecution and related IP matters alongside experienced practitioners across multiple U.S. offices.

You'll handle substantive drafting and strategic prosecution tasks, collaborate with litigation and transactional teams when matters require, and support clients operating at the intersection of technology, government, and business.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and membership in good standing of a U.S. bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Experience in patent prosecution and/or intellectual property matters at a law firm or in-house setting.
• Willingness to work collaboratively across offices and practice groups.
• Candidates may be asked to provide law school and undergraduate (and, if applicable, graduate) transcripts.
