• Admission to the bar and in good standing (or eligibility to become admitted) in the jurisdiction where the position is based.
• Strong academic credentials, including law school, undergraduate, and graduate school transcripts.
• A degree in a technical field relevant to technology patent prosecution.
• Experience in patent prosecution, ideally with a focus on technology and software-related inventions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively within a team.
