An elite intellectual property litigation team is seeking a mid-level lateral associate to join its Palo Alto office. The role focuses on complex technology disputes, with a particular emphasis on emerging areas at the intersection of intellectual property and artificial intelligence.

You will handle novel legal questions where precedent is still developing, working directly with sophisticated technology clients on high-stakes matters. Collaboration across offices and practice areas is central to the position.

Patent and/or general IP litigation experience
Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
Experience with complex technology disputes, ideally involving IP and artificial intelligence
Active California bar membership
Strong academic credentials and a collaborative approach; peer-firm experience preferred
U.S.P.T.O. registration is a plus
