An elite international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its IP & Technology Transactions group in Palo Alto. The role sits at the intersection of intellectual property and complex transactions, supporting sophisticated technology-driven matters for a broad range of clients.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000, with actual compensation determined by skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Junior to mid-level associate (class of 2021–2024)
Experience in IP & Technology Transactions
Solid law firm experience with M&A transactions
High level of academic achievement
