An interim opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to support a leading global financial institution through a flexible resourcing arrangement. The engagement is expected to run for 4–6 months, part time at at least 4 days per week, with 2 days based in the office, commencing mid-November.

The role involves advising on a broad range of employment matters, including day-to-day employment queries, drafting and negotiating employment documentation, policies and procedures, managing litigation claims and pre-action matters, and advising on hires and exits — including complex and senior departures. The position also covers legal and HR issues arising across EMEA and Asia jurisdictions.

You will be engaged as a consultant and supported by a sponsoring partner alongside a client team, with access to the firm's resources, know-how and training and development opportunities. The environment is dynamic and fast moving, so strong organisation and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Qualified lawyer with strong employment law expertise
International experience managing employment and HR issues across EMEA and Asia, ideally within a regulated environment
Collaborative problem-solver able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Comfortable working quickly and effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Relevant right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not available)
