Investment Funds Partner (LP-Side Focus)

Role: We are seeking an experienced Investment Funds partner to join our Corporate department. The primary focus of this role is the LP side of fund formation and investment management, rather than the sponsor side. The successful candidate will work on a national platform with offices in major U.S. metros.

Our Platform: Our Investment Funds team is led out of our Los Angeles office and operates within a collegial, collaborative culture where partners know each other, work together, and cross-sell. We offer two tiers of partnership — equity and income — and welcome laterals into either tier. Our rates range from $1,000 to $1,600 per hour as we continue to build our national platform.

• Experience: Proven track record as an Investment Funds partner, with a primary focus on LP-side work (fund formation and investment management for limited partners).
• Practice: Deep expertise in the investment funds space, with an emphasis on the LP perspective.
• Portable business:
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Qualities: Autonomous, entrepreneurial, collegial, and collaborative approach to practice and teamwork.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to perform US work.
• Location: Open to any major U.S. metro office.
