- Law school class years 2020–2023
- Top law school credentials
- IP/patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar field is highly preferred
- Federal Circuit clerkship experience is a plus
- PTAB dispute experience is also a plus
