National litigation team is seeking a litigation associate with 2–6 years’ experience focused on patent disputes. You will work on district-court patent litigation and post‑grant proceedings, participate in all phases of discovery, support motion practice and claim construction, and take part in pre-trial and trial work.

Ideal candidates have courtroom and deposition experience, comfort working directly with clients and opposing counsel, and enjoy collaborative strategic case development. 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Court and/or PTAB post‑grant proceedings
Experience with factual and legal research, pleadings, discovery (including depositions and expert discovery), and claim construction briefing
Comfort appearing in court and taking depositions
Undergraduate or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent technical background preferred
Excellent writing skills and experience working in a law‑firm IP litigation practice; ITC experience a plus
