Apply in confidence →National litigation team is seeking a litigation associate with 2–6 years’ experience focused on patent disputes. You will work on district-court patent litigation and post‑grant proceedings, participate in all phases of discovery, support motion practice and claim construction, and take part in pre-trial and trial work.
Ideal candidates have courtroom and deposition experience, comfort working directly with clients and opposing counsel, and enjoy collaborative strategic case development. - 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Court and/or PTAB post‑grant proceedings
- Experience with factual and legal research, pleadings, discovery (including depositions and expert discovery), and claim construction briefing
- Comfort appearing in court and taking depositions
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent technical background preferred
- Excellent writing skills and experience working in a law‑firm IP litigation practice; ITC experience a plus
