Apply in confidence →We are seeking a junior lawyer to join our banking and finance practice in Luxembourg, working within a team that specialises in international banking work, including regulatory matters, syndicated lending, investment grade and leveraged acquisition finance, and debt restructuring. You will advise banks, investment funds, governments, and public entities on complex transactions, working on both local and cross-border projects.
- Law degree, preferably with honours; an additional degree (e.g., LL.M.) from a UK or US university is a strong asset
- Admission to a foreign Bar and/or passed the CCDL
- 1–2 years of experience in banking and finance law
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and commitment to client service
