Nationally recognized labor & employment practice seeks a mid-level associate for its Dallas office to work on traditional management-side labor matters. The role focuses on representing employers in NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining and grievance/arbitration work, election matters, and advising on union organizing and work stoppages.

The position will include client counseling, drafting and litigation before administrative agencies, and training for management on labor-relations issues. Occasional assignments on state-specific workplace law and periodic business travel are possible. The team operates on a hybrid schedule.

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 3+ years of traditional labor law experience (management-side labor relations)
  • Texas bar admission required
  • Experience with NLRB practice, elections, collective bargaining, grievances/arbitrations, and related counseling
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and project-management skills; attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
