A globally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice in its Dallas office. This is a full-time opportunity to train and work alongside an experienced team on sophisticated employment matters while assuming significant responsibility from day one.

The practice handles employment class actions, including trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes. The right candidate will have genuine trial experience and be ready to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, manage written discovery, and draft persuasive briefs.

4–6 years of relevant labor and employment experience
Demonstrable substantive knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws
Trial experience, with willingness to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, and handle written discovery
Strong brief-writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and initiative to take ownership
Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, or willingness to sit for the exam when eligible
Member of the Texas State Bar, or willingness to become one promptly
Strong academic credentials and references
