Seeking a midlevel labor and employment associate to join a national practice on a full-time, partnership-track basis. The role is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices and will sit on the firm s Labor & Employment team.

Successful candidates will manage employment litigation matters, handle depositions, draft and argue motions, and develop case strategy and deadlines independently. The role also includes counseling employers on a range of workplace and labor issues, including NLRA/NLRB processes and labor-related agency investigations.

The team values practical, business-focused advice and direct client interaction; prior large law firm experience is preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of employment and labor experience (class of 2022 or more senior)
Experience managing employment litigation: depositions, motion practice, docket and case management
Strong knowledge of NLRA and NLRB processes and experience with labor agency matters
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical and client-communication skills
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based; prior large-firm experience preferred
