Seeking a Counsel-level labor & employment lawyer to join a busy employer-side practice in the firm's Los Angeles office. The group handles a high volume of employment matters, including individual litigation, wage & hour class and representative actions, and labor-relations matters for a broad range of employers.

The role involves independent management of single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution, participation in wage-and-hour and class/collective defense, representation in administrative proceedings, and client counseling. The team is collaborative and client-focused, with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Admitted to practice in California and eligible to appear in federal court
Substantial experience defending employment litigation, including individual plaintiff cases and wage-&-hour class/collective actions
Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, and trial or arbitration advocacy
Comfort counseling corporate clients and handling EEOC/agency charges and administrative hearings
Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior associates and to manage matters with limited partner supervision
