Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Austin)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in Austin. The role will combine antitrust litigation and transactional counseling, working with an integrated team across litigation and corporate practices on matters for domestic and multinational clients.

The position calls for a senior lawyer who will lead matters, develop business, and mentor junior attorneys. The team emphasizes collaborative client service and cross-practice coordination across the firm’s broader U.S. platform.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and transactional counseling
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice is encouraged
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing teams and complex matters
• Admission to a U.S. bar and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
