Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Austin. The hire will handle high-stakes counseling and litigation matters across government investigations, merger review, and competition compliance.

The role offers a platform to lead client engagements, grow a regional practice, and collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional team. Candidates with an established portable practice or the ability to develop business in the region are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (merger control, cartel investigations, counseling, or related litigation).
Proven track record of client development and relationship management; portable book of business or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
Excellent advocacy and counseling skills; comfortable leading teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission in Texas.
