Senior partner opportunity to lead an integrated Finance, IP and Antitrust practice out of the Austin office of a leading national firm. The role focuses on matters at the intersection of private equity, patent litigation (life sciences and technology) and antitrust disputes.

The team serves sophisticated corporate and PE clients on bet-the-company litigation and complex transactional/regulatory work. The firm seeks a partner with an established, portable practice who can drive business development, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative, cross-practice platform. The firm operates an open compensation system.

Established partner with significant experience in private equity-related matters, patent litigation (life sciences/tech) and antitrust litigation.
Proven portable practice or demonstrable book of business and a track record of client origination.
Experience leading teams, developing business and managing high‑stakes litigation or complex finance matters.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to become licensed; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
