Senior partner hire to lead and expand an established corporate and litigation practice in Austin, with a particular focus on intellectual property, antitrust and competition matters. The role sits alongside teams that serve clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.

Responsibilities will combine client development, cross-practice collaboration and matter leadership on high-value patent and antitrust disputes as well as related transactional work. The team seeks a seasoned partner who can both manage complex disputes and originate new, fee-generating engagements.

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters, ideally with exposure to private equity and life sciences clients
• Proven track record of originating and managing high-value matters and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships within technology, life sciences or PE sectors
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
