Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Irvine (Orange County)

Senior partner-level opening in a national law firm for a lawyer with a strong bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice. The role will lead creditor-side and restructuring matters, work with transactional and finance teams, and support business development across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation and finance team, mentoring associates and collaborating with other offices on cross-border and domestic restructurings. The position offers a platform to expand an existing client base and to originate new work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Admissions and eligibility to practice in California; ability to collaborate across offices
