Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Orange County

Senior real estate partner role in an established practice group, focused on complex commercial leasing, construction and development matters across healthcare, renewable energy and industrial/logistics sectors. The position sits in the Orange County office and will lead client engagements and cross-practice transactions.

The role involves originating and managing sophisticated real estate and finance-related work, advising on development and construction projects, and collaborating with transactional and sector-focused teams (healthcare, energy, finance). The team handles matters for institutional and corporate clients.

• Established partner-level experience in real estate, construction and related finance transactions
• Demonstrated experience with leasing, development and healthcare or renewable energy projects
• Track record of leading client matters and supervising junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
