Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Minneapolis

A global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis practice focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-credit work. The role will combine complex creditor-side bankruptcy and restructuring representation with finance and distressed-debt matters.

The successful partner will lead engagements, originate and grow client relationships, and collaborate with national teams on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional restructurings. This is an opportunity to join a deep, full-service platform with transaction and litigation resources.

• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt matters
• Track record advising creditors, creditors’ committees, lenders or distressed investors
• Strong origination and client-management skills; ability to lead deal teams
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for senior practice leadership
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
