Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-border restructuring and creditors' rights practice in Salt Lake City. The role combines bankruptcy, distressed-debt work and creditor-focused finance matters, advising lenders, noteholders and special-situations investors.

Successful candidate will take primary responsibility for originating and executing complex workouts, restructurings and enforcement actions, and will work with transactional and litigation teams on secured finance and debtor-creditor issues.

This is a leadership role with client development, team management and matter-responsibility expectations. The office is part of a broader national practice and will coordinate with colleagues across the firm.

Established track record of partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Proven origination and client-development capability in distressed-debt or creditor-side finance matters
Ability to lead teams and manage cross-office engagements
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
