Lateral Partner, Capital Markets (London)

Leading international capital markets practice seeks an experienced partner to join and expand its London team. The role focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on public and private equity and debt transactions across cross-border and domestic capital markets.

The successful candidate will handle high-value securities offerings, ongoing capital markets advisory work and collaborate with corporate and finance colleagues on integrated transactions. This is a visible role with substantial client-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape practice strategy and originate new work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level capital markets experience advising on equity and debt securities transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Ability to lead deal teams and work across cross-border matters
