Leading international law firm seek a lateral partner to join its Toronto capital markets and M&A practice. The role will focus on complex securities and transactional work, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience advising clients in the mining sector.

The team has a busy deal pipeline and is expanding its partner bench to sustain growth across capital markets, securities and banking matters. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute immediately through a portable practice and who will help develop market opportunities in Canada.

Proven partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and M&A.
Portable book of business required; demonstrable client relationships and origination ability.
Experience advising clients in the mining sector highly desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership, and ability to work on cross-border matters.
