Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Energy (Austin)

Senior private-practice role for an energy-focused compliance and regulatory partner based in Austin. The position will lead and grow regulatory and transactional work across traditional and renewable energy matters, advising clients on compliance, permitting and interstate regulatory issues.

The team is looking for an experienced partner who can combine technical regulatory expertise with client-facing business development. The role offers leadership responsibility within a geographically established energy practice and opportunities to expand renewable energy and transactional offerings.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in energy regulatory, compliance and transactional work
• Proven track record in renewables and transactional matters
• Experience with federal regulatory regimes (e.g., FERC) is a plus
