Senior hire sought for a dual corporate and commercial litigation practice based in New York. The role is focused on high-value transactional work and big-ticket commercial disputes across regulated and technology-connected industries.

The team-oriented search prioritizes established groups rather than single hires; preference will be given to candidates who can bring a significant, portable practice and a demonstrable track record in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or related sectors.

Established partner with strong transactional and/or commercial litigation credentials.
Proven ability to originate and manage complex, high-value matters across multiple industries.
Preference for team or multi-lawyer group moves rather than single-attorney moves.
Track record of cultivating and retaining major client relationships; must be able to demonstrate a significant portable practice.
Admitted and able to practice in New York (or eligible to become admitted).
