Lateral Partner, Corporate & Finance - London

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate and finance practice in London with a strong focus on private equity and venture capital matters. The role suits an established fee-earner who will advise on cross-border transactions and complex financing arrangements for corporate clients.

Responsibilities include originating work, leading deal teams, developing client relationships across sectors, and driving business development within an international platform. The team advises sponsors, investors and corporates on buyouts, growth capital and venture investments.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in private equity and/or venture capital transactions
• Experience leading cross-border corporate and financing deals and managing teams
• Strong client origination and business development skills
